Denny has written for years, but her voyage into fan fiction three years ago contributed to her desire to write original stories. She has no apologies for her joy of writing fan fiction in the Whedonverse (Joss Whedon's "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel"). This hobby has helped her become more confident about her writing and she plans on continuing to write fan fiction along with original stories. "Fan fiction is tremendously fulfilling and a fabulous outlet for building your craft, and the feedback from readers is essential to a young writer's growth."

Currently, Denny is writing her first novel length romance as yet untitled and a short story called "The World She Wants". Denny resides on the East Coast of the USA.
